What we collect

When you send the demo request form, we receive the details you type: your name, your hotel or property name, your phone number, what you are interested in, the number of rooms and your message. We use them only to reply to you about Nerge Stay Pro and the Nerge Pro Suite.

How the form is sent

The form is sent to our email. If you choose WhatsApp or the call button, the conversation happens in WhatsApp or on your phone, which have their own privacy terms.

Cookies and storage

This website does not use advertising cookies. It saves your language choice in your browser so the page opens in the language you picked. If we switch on visitor statistics, we use a privacy-friendly tool that counts visits without advertising cookies and without following you around other sites.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details only as long as needed to reply and follow up, and we delete them when you ask. If you become a customer, they become part of your customer record.
